Since this place has opened I have eaten here over 50 times, and had takeout 10 times. Obviously I like it.
First get past the horrific atmosphere, quite literally this is a dive. Clean, but a dive so if you demand atmosphere you should look elsewhere for Chinese food.
It's lame that in the winter their dining room room is downright cold and in the summer they barely have the air cooler than the outside temperature. It is the only restaurant that I know of that gives you paper placemats and plates, plastic spoons. Forget the bottled soy sauce, everything is in to-go packets.
Now if your still reading this you are probably wondering how I have ever given the restaurant a four star rating. Well for starters Fusion China's service is rather good surprisingly. Very friendly and right there when you need a refill on your beverage. The food is cooked to order and is usually in front of you within 5 minuets after ordering it so QUICK is a keyword here.
If your on a budget, look no further.
The food does vary in quality, but has rarely been unacceptable. Again I when you eat somewhere over 60 times you are bound to notice problems.
The egg rolls are just barely ok, but the dumplings and fried wan-tons are always very good and sometimes seriously great. The main courses are varied and actually have different flavors, unlike some other Chinese restaurants in the area where different entries taste all the same. In my opinion the General chicken is usually the best pick. I order it flaming hot as their normal recipe is just a fraction above tepid.
Pros: Best vaule for penny pinchers
Cons: Atmosphere is horrific - but at these prices I can excuse it
