Fusion has a very ""metropolitan"" ambience- Sophisticated and appealing to professionals, yet trendy and hip...appealing to a younger crowed. I'm from NYC and every time I go to Fusion, I feel as if though I am dining at some trendy restaurant in Gramercy Park, Manhattan. This is a good place if you are looking for ""atmosphere"" and have money to burn. My overall favorite part about the fusion experience is the Bar/Drink Menu. Bartenders=very friendly/quick. The bar itself is very sleek-made of slate, glass and dimly lit with an incredible selection of Martinis. The espresso martinis are delectable, same with the caramel apple martinis. The food is good. I am a fan of the Salmon dish and the sushi. The Pad Thai is pretty decent as well (accept I wish they'd use less banana peppers). Not a fan of their beef. They do, however, have GREAT Tapas.
