Fusian

If you have or have never had Sushi, you should try Fusian. I recommend coming during Happy Hour 3:30-5:30 for $1 Sushi and try different pieces to see what you like. They have a White Tuna that is amazing, put it on the list. Fusian also has a lovely variety of Japanese food, I recommend coming during lunch for this, you get the same food for half the price. The Staff and Owner are very helpful and will answer any question you have about Sushi. The décor is nice and simple and they have expanded to include a traditional style seating on pillows, which is fun. I love this place. I usually order a lunch combo, which comes with a bowl of miso soup (or salad), two deep fried sushi's, and the entree. My favorite combo so far is the chicken tempura, but I've tried the sesame chicken and the chicken teriyaki, and they're both delicious, as well. Service quality and speed are also excellent. It's not a huge place, but the environment is nice. My only complaint is that they don't have sweet iced tea. Finally, it's inexpensive: My bill is usually $7.50 including tip, but I usually have water to drink, which is free. Pros: Delicious food, Quick service, Very close to UCF Cons: No sweet iced tea more
