Rick Hills at Functional Power provides good motivation, good program and good lifestyle exercise that has reshaped my body, my balance and my abilities. He is very knowledge of muscle movements and all the exercises designed to isolate, work and strengthen each muscle. With a variety of activities included in any day's regimen, a work out with Rick is anything but 'routine.' On a personal level, Rick is outgoing, funny and positive, encouraging progress all along the way. He also is accommodating of schedule needs for those of us with unusual work availability. It is not at all like a disinterested trainer at gym, but rather an expert in functional power who is interested in the best training for each of his clients.
