What an irony... "Fun" Station! ha ha.... I took my kids there over is past holiday weekend as part of an improptu family getaway. My kids love arcades and it seemed like the perfect way to spend some time with them. Well, the minute the change machine wouldn't take my "temperamental" $20 bill, I should have run! Several of the games were broken and several more were on the same circuits as ones maintenance men were working to fix. So, you are in the middle of a game and -- oh well. The other games are outdated. The kids games are decrepid. My son started throwing tokens into the wheel game where the lights go round and round. He is 7 -- and was bored. We finally went through our $20.00, which was not easy to do. The prizes are lame, but most of these places offer lame gift anyway.
The attitude of the management was very condescending. My husband asked why money had not come out of one of the games (meaning tokens) and the lady snapped at him that they would be arrested if money came out of the machine! Cute.
Mind you, this place is under "renovation". Men are working on machines, the floor is cut up in some places and the snack bar was understocked. The place, understandably, was empty. Lesson learned.
Pros: none
Cons: outdated, broken games
