You want to have fun? Go here 4/16/2006

Great place for kid, adults, couples, highschooler, and a date. This place has a large arcade, laser tag, mini golf, batting cages, go-karts, and bumper boats. They recently put in a $3 dollar crane that you could try to win a large stuff animal. The door of the crane is big enough to fit a person. The arcade has a lot of different type of vide games and ticket games. There are two 18 holes mini golf course. There is also a place where you can order pizza. Go to the fun station, go there now! more

Great Date Place 4/13/2006

After my now husband and I were finished drinking and eating pizza at Poor Paul's we continued our first date at the Fun Station. It was FREEZING out, but that didn't stop us from having a great game of putt putt and riding around on the go carts! I like it later at night on the weeknights cause there aren't so many school age children there. I can actually play a game without being run into. So if you have kids, go on the weekends...they will have a blast. If you don't have kids, go later at night when it isn't as packed. Fun Station has a little of something for everyone. more

Bring the kids... 3/17/2006

Fun station is unfortunately not too much fun for adults. My cousins enjoy it like its disneyworld, but I find it lacking in almost everything that it tries to do. The arcade is okay, offering at least one game from every genre (racing, shooters, sports, martial arts, etc). I find myself wishing there were more selection of both new and classic games. Every time I go, a good percentage of the games are out of order (about 20%). This could be a coincidence, but more likely it is a problem with their aging equipment. The point arcade (where you earn tickets to purchase items from their store) is probably the most entertaining part of Fun Station for me. I think its that odd mix between childish games and working for an overpriced prize that makes it so much more fun than it should be. When you go outside you can enjoy batting cages, mini-golf, bumper boats, and go-carts. They also have laser tag inside, but I've never actually seen anyone enter or leave that area (and I've never had interest myself). The outdoor activities are fun when you have a group or children with you....otherwise I find it lacking. The good news is that they have plenty of opportunities to save money. They have college nights, kid days, and special passes for unlimited access to the activities. more

Watch for the deals. 1/26/2006

Fun Station is a decent arcade, but it has NO PINBALL machines! :( However, in addition to the video games (like Pump it Up, skee-ball, lots of shooters and several driving games) it does have a go-kart track, 2 mini-golf courses, batting cages, and laser tag. So it is a pretty cool place overall. Watch for their daily and holiday specials to get a package deal and save some money. The tokens for games are 4/dollar, but if you buy a bunch at once, you can get a few for free. Most of the games take 2 or more tokens to play. more
