Fuji Steak House

This place is small but so wonderful. The freshest Sushi I have had. They have habachi grills where the chef cooks your food in an entertaining way... and there is a small area for the Sushi only folks. Dennis will greet you at the door. He remembers everyone's first name and is genuinely happy to see each and every one of his guests. Very kid friendly in there too! Lots of families frequent this very delightful Japanese Restaurant. We went on a saturday night and it was packed with adults and children. We could barely make it to the small bar area. The bartenders did their best to keep up with the crowd. Almost every table had a ""special occasion"" going on, so we got to hear the happy birthday song a dozen times. Servers were very attentive. Sushi and appetizers were great, but the dinner was only average for us. They have a great selection of combos for the habachi, the most I've seen. The even had monkfish, unfortunately it was way overseasoned. The Filet Mignon wasnt very tender and tasted more like a lower grade steak.
