I've been here on several occasions and the food is always good. It's typical Japanese steakhouse fare...most meals are made right at your table and start with soup and salad with ginger dressing, and then your main course with fried rice, grilled vegetables, and a two-piece shrimp "appetizer" that usually comes with your main course. Prices for this spread are generally $15 and up. They also have a sushi bar, although I've never had sushi from here.
If you've never been to a place like this before, you should know that if you have less then 10 people in your party, you'll probably be sharing a table/grill with others. The chef puts on a little show for you, making volcanoes out of onion rings and flipping shrimp tails into his hat. You laugh, you eat, and when it's all done you leave the restaurant full, happy, and smelling of Fuji for days.
One thing to note is that, at this location at least, there is usually lots of waiting involved. Waiting for more people to show up to sit at your table, waiting several minutes too long for the drinks, waiting several minutes to long for the chef to show up. Don't come here expecting fast food!
