Fuji Japanese Steak House

My husband and dined at Fuji Japanese Steak House for the first time a few days ago. The atmosphere was entertaining and inviting. The steakhouse offers teppanyaki-style Japanese cooking, where the chefs grill meat in front of you, and some very flavorsome sushi. The smells from the grills were fantastic but we decided to try the sushi. We were seated at the bar, which seats six and you can watch the sushi being prepared, and they gave us a list of sushi, we picked several to try, all that we selected were delicious. We also had seaweed salad, sometimes with seaweed you get a slightly fishy taste but that was not the case here, it was the best I have ever had. We will unquestionably be going back to Fuji Japanese Steak House. Pros: Very friendly staff and delicious food. Cons: I can't think of any. more

I have been to many sushi places in my life, but for the price, I have found this to be among my favorites! I always enjoy talking with Jenny and her brother, and the rest of the staff as well, as they are friendly and knowledgeable. they also have a great selection! We like to sit at the bar and enjoy miso soup followed by spicy crab salad (incredible!!) then magic mushrooms as an appetizer, and any choice made on the sushi menu is guaranteed to be a winner! The sushi chef always seems to have a suggestion for you, and I have never been disappointed. Everything from the mussels to the super white tuna is amazing. And they have no problem accomodating a special order. If you decide to sit at one of the grills, ask for Bob, who is always a riot and makes sure that you enjoy your time! They can accomodate everyone from couples looking for a romantic evening to giving those that bring children a little extra attention to make sure the kids have a good time as well, and I have been in both scenarios. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone! Pros: Everything! Cons: I cant think of one! more
