WORST Retail Experience 8/4/2009

If it had not been Saturday afternoon with the possibility of Cash For Clunkers program ending come the end of the weekend and if CO was allowed to sell cars on Sundays, then I would have left. I actually considered leaving twice during the whole process. Pros: Had the exact car I wanted. Cons: Poor customer service; Rude, dissmissive staff more
