AJ is our technician. He is a veteran and proud family man. AJ is very competent and pleasant to work with. Their annual maintenance agreement also covers an annual inspection of your entire electrical system. AJ explains everything he is doing and why, etc. I recommend Frog to anyone. more

Great Service ! 11/13/2018

I initially e-mailed with this business on Sunday when I noticed my heating unit was not working properly. I chose this business because it was close to my home, and I like to use local businesses when I can. I was told on the following Monday the technician would be out between 12 and 2 on Tuesday. I got a call Tuesday morning wanting to know if it was ok for the technician to come early, and I said sure. They sent technician Curtis to my house, and he was wonderful ! I explained the problem I was having, and he went out and assessed the unit. he explained to me the problem in a way I understood, and told me what it would take to repair the unit. He went over all of the repair information and the cost before beginning the work. He was very kind, very respectful of my home, and great with my dogs ! He worked quietly and efficiently, and he just seemed to be an all-around great guy ! If/when in need their service again, I will definitely request Curtis ! more

Amazing customer service! 9/7/2018

My husband and I used Frog Heating and Air to install a new HVAC unit almost 2 years ago and was very pleased with the outcome. We needed someone to come out to check the unit before winter so we called Frog Heating and Air and we couldn’t have been more happy with the service we received from Curtis when he came to our home. He was very thorough, professional, and answered any questions that we had. He was friendly and a model of what customer service should be. We will definitely continue to use them for our HVAC needs! more

Excellent Customer Service and Helpful Technicians 9/6/2018

Jessi M. provided great customer service and contacted me before dispatching the field technician, Kory L., to fix an issue with my light switch. I received an email with Kory's picture so I knew who was coming, which was great! After troubleshooting and identifying the issue, Kory did a great job of re-installing everything, including the light switch cover. He even explained what he did for me, and where the issue was. Kory also cleaned up after he was done! Both Jessi and Kory were very professional, and I would HIGHLY recommend Frog Heating, Air, and Electrical to anyone needing professional and prompt service! more

Great services 8/13/2018

Curtis was heaven sent, service was beyond measures and arrive on when he said the time. I had another technician come out earlier but tech tried to over charge me by saying I need repairs that Wasn't needed. Curtis came out was honest and fix a simple issue. Without Curtis caring and honesty I would been without air. Thanks Curtis and frog company give him a raise deserve it more

Complete service 8/2/2018

Assessed the situation, gave me options, no pressure, got the sense they were honest and upfront. Got a new a/c unit installed the next day. Works great. After a hot day of sweaty work and getting rained on, the guys still had good attitudes and were patient with my questions. They were willing to take time to show me how things worked. They cared about their work and customer interaction. more
