In July of this year we took delivery of a new Jayco 226 travel trailer. This was our 15th. RV over a period of 30 yrs.
After getting it home a major problem was discovered to such an extent that we didn't want to use the unit. After two letters and pictures to both Jayco and Fretz I received a call from Carl Fretz, the owner. Mr. Fretz agreed that there was a problem and he assured me that it would be taken care of to my complete satisfaction. Within a few weeks the problem was totally taken care of.
I would like to publicly thank Fretz Enterprises, Carl Fretz and Mark Cain for their commitment to customer service, it is unusual in today's market place.
