I own a 99 audi a4 that needed it's windshield wiper bottle replaced, having just moved to altadena i needed to find a new mechanic, and after searching the web these guys came recommended.\r
what a huge mistake, it took me six visits to get one water bottle replaced.\r
i initially took my car in to get an oil change done along with the replacement bottle, the oil was changed, for 80 dollars, and the leaky bottle was taken out and a new one was ordered.\r
on the second visit the mechanic realized that the wrong water bottle was ordered, i was told the car has many different bottles and that the correct one will be ordered and installed on a return visit.\r
on the third visit the mechanic was taking what i thought was a long time so i walked over to find him leaning over the car moving the bottle around like a child would twist a jigsaw puzzle piece around to make it fit. after finding out that this wasn't the man who took the piece out and that he would have to talk to the mechanic who did to try to ""wrap his head"" around the problem, he plugged the hoses back up and the car remained unfixed. this was after i was told to come in on saturday so they could take care of the problem only to be told after the fact, that the mechanic that could install the new bottle was better with japanese cars!\r
on the fourth visit, the original mechanic was able to install the new bottle, filled it up with fluid, which quickly wound up on the floor, this led to the realization that the wrong bottle was taken out and that a second one, for the headlight washers was the problem,\r
on the fifth visit, i walked in and noticed three water bottles on the floor, not one of which is the correct one.\r
on the sixth visit, after a number of heated phone calls, where they where implying, rather strongly, that this was my fault, they fixed it.\r
never, ever would i recommend these guys, horrible customer service, incompetent work, the single most difficult repair i've ever experienced.
