I'm a college student just starting out pre-med and needed a reliable car. I just happened to be driving by Freeman Motors and stopped in. Everyone was so willing to help me find not only a good car, but were interested in trying to find a good price. I had no credit due to young age and they worked for a long time trying to find a bank for me to get a loan from. The salesmen are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have recommended many people to go here, including my brother and his wife who recently had a baby. The next time I need a car I will be going there! more

Definite Recommend! 2/21/2008

My husband and I were so impressed by the selection and service at Freeman Motor Co. We are from eastern Oregon, saw a car that we liked online, we were only in town for one day and they happened to be closed. We called their service department and they accomadated us, the owner even came in to do our paper work! I have read other reviews about not being able to take the car to a mechanic, I am not sure if that is true, but for us it was not needed! Their mechanic inspected the car with my husband, put it up in the air and checked everything. The mechanic found a small leak (due to basic wear and tear), he pointed it out to us and said they would fix it! I am so thankful, my car was a great deal! We will definitely go back to Freeman Motor Co. to purchase our next car! more

Best Car Buying Experience in Portland! :) 2/21/2008

The Best car buying experience ever! 1/10/2008

My son found this car on the internet. The deal seemed too good to be true. It seemed like a great deal and the car looked to be in great condition but really, without your mechanic there-how do you know? Well, our mechanic was totally jealous that we found such a great car for such a low price! It checked out with nothing wrong but 1 bulb needed replacing. There was no pressure, no going back and forth. We will absolutely go to their website first if we are ever in need of another car. Highly recommended from this family! Pros: no pressure sales Cons: would not go down on price--was a great deal already! more

Very Informative and Good Customer service 1/3/2008

I came in on a thursday when they were ready to close, they stayed late even though I told them I wasn't ready to buy. I brought my wife back the following Saturday and bought a Saab that I have never been happier with. I have had only two problems with the car, and both have been resolved by Freeman. I was able to browse their selection on-line before ever setting foot on their lot. There website is so complete, you are able to get a good feel for the vehicles before you ever visit their showroom. The prices are fabulous and they are posted on the vehicles! It was the easiest car-buying experience ever and I would highly recommend Freeman Motor Company to my friends and family! more

I also highly recommend Freeman to anyone I've run into that is looking to purchase a fine automobile. Their staff is consistent, I've witnessed very low, if any turnover whatsoever. Their finance department has done an excellent job of delivering on what they've promised every time. The Freeman website is also outstanding. I can get a good feel for a vehicle due to the number of photos they provide and I'm able to narrow my search down considerably when I decide to go in for a test drive. Finally, I want to comment that their prices are absolutely rock bottom for the quality that is offered there. more

Affordable Quality & Positive Transaction Experience 12/4/2007

I highly recommend Freeman Motor company. We have had 5 transactions with them so far, and we're looking forward to doing more business with them in the future. With the amount of miles I drive each year, it just doesn't make sense to purchase a new luxury vehicle when I can get the same quality and style for much less in a gently used luxury vehicle from Freeman. Whenever I'm asked for a referral, I always send my friends, family & even clients to Freeman BEFORE they go to the dealership for a new luxury vehicle, and I'm always being thanked for passing along the recommendation. We bought our 2003 Audi A4 from Freeman Motors last July and could not be happier with our purchase. My husband had researched for months and hadn't found a car with lower miles, in such good condition, as well as being priced so competitively! Every vehicle on their lot was impressive, all used European imports in great condition and great prices. We love the no pressure philosophy and I have already decided that when I'm ready for another car, I will go right back. We have spread the word! more

Easy sale in Bend 12/1/2007

I recently bought my first car from Eric in Bend Oregon. We were very happy with all aspects of the experience. No hard core sales, which would have been a big turn off. Pleasure to do business 12/1/2007

Just purchased a 2004 Jag from Freeman's new Bend Store. The staff went out of their to be accommodating including putting the car on the lift so I could check every inch of the undercarriage. When it was time to test drive-no pushy salesman in the seat next to me. My wife and took it for a real test drive. A great experience and a great price. Next time I need a car, it's Freemans. Best car buying experience yet! 11/30/2007

Went down to look at a few different models per the Freeman site. While looking around I kept expecting someone to bug me but they never did! Found a car I liked and purchased it for a fair price. Had such a great experience that I sent my Mother down and she also purchased a car from Freeman. Lastly, my husband bought a car a week after her. We all are very pleased. Thank you for a low stress deal in a stressful day in age. more

Best car buying experience yet! 11/30/2007

Went down to Freeman after looking at their inventory. I was impressed with the selection as well as the prices. Typically car buying is horrendous due to the games as well as the pressure of someone breathing down your neck so I wasn't overly thrilled about having to go buy a car but since my old one was totaled I was stuck. My husband and I were shocked that no one bothered us. We were able to walk around the lot and look at all of the cars without a sales person yakking in our ears. Once we decided on one to test drive we got the keys and were able to go without the sales person. We loved the car, struck a deal and were gone twenty minutes later! We were so impressed that we sent my mother down and she also bought a car from Freeman. A week after that my husband also purchased a car from them and couldn?t be happier. We are all thrilled. Great place to buy a used premium car at a fair price 11/29/2007

I've bought my third car from Les at Freeman Motors. These guys are true car people and seem to be able to buy nice cars to sell to the public at very reasonable prices. No pressure or hovering which is important to me as I take my time looking over a used car before purchase, especially as much as late model Mercedes and BMWs cost, even at the good deals Freeman sells them for. All three have checked out mechanically. I took each one I bought to the appropriate new car dealer and had the next major service performed as I always do after I purchase a used car. The cars passed with flying colors. I've had my SL from them for over a year now and it has been a very low cost maintenance vehicle and I got it for a LOT less than the new car Mercedes dealers were selling the same year SL for. You may not get a "Certified" car but you save multiple $1,000s over what the new car dealers sell the same used car for. Great people to buy from. more
