I just paid 1000 dollars to get my car back worse than when I left it. Went in for leaky trunk and hesitation on takeoff. Car returned with missing emergency handle in trunk(jammed behind trunk panel), no trunk light(worked when I brought it in), water still in trunk(old water, new water, I don't know, shouldn't there be no water), door open light permanantly on(wasn't on when I brought it in), grommet missing in trunk(found under spare tire), plastic support for deck platform missing(later found behind battery). There was normal dirt and dust in the engine compartment and no signs of any fingerprints, handprints, or rag wipes. Which told me nobody even opened the hood let alone perform a throttle body cleaning and fuel injector cleaning. Obviously I didn't need the cleaning kits for the throttle body and injectors that I was charged for. Beware Mike the mechanic he knows how to bill the work but obviously doesn't perform the work. Enjoy your unearned paycheck Mike. If you have the misfortune of having your car repaired here, always request the old parts to be returned to you and if possible stay and watch that the work is actually performed. God help the poor guy that has no automotive smarts.
