I have been riding motorcycles for about 40 years now. In that time I have experienced many motorcycle dealers. Freedom Cycle is the best. While I have encountered many excellent motorcycle mechanics, some good parts people and a tolerable sales person, Freedom Cycle has been the only place where I have had great experiences with all three. I cannot say enough good things about them. Also great for snowmobiles. more

I am not sure about the service dept, but their customer service, accessories, and prices are the best. I drove all the way from the Boston area to buy a pair of high quality riding boots that no one else carry in the whole Boston area. A lady named Laurie ,and Zack from the parts dept did above and beyond to help me buy the boots that I needed, and even adjust my shifter on my quad so they will fit. They are 5 star plus in my book, and I will use and recommend them anytime. more

We have bought two BRP Can Am Spyders from Freedom Cycle and also a service plan from them. They have a great Spyder technician that knows his stuff. They have always gotten us in for service in a reasonable time frame, and we've always been happy with the results.\r \r They have great financing department and will help you get very good terms if you need/ want to finance. We got great deal on our Spyders and will continue to frequent their showroom for new toys, gear, and helpful advice. more

This is one of the most beautiful showrooms I have seen, by far the highest quality in New England. Hundreds of machines available, extremely professional sales staff always willing to talk business or pleasure. Knowledgeable parts staff and speedy service, they had me in and out for a tire change in a little over an hour, with NO appointment! more

When my husband and I came in here interested in buying a snowmobile they took the time to explain the pros and cons to each one and really cared about helping us find the right fit for our needs. After that not only did they help us get the best deal possible the financing was very quick and easy. more

We bought our second 4 wheeler here and they were very easy to work with. We went back later on to buy our helmets and gear and they had a huge selection for adults and kids. The kids loved the free popcorn! more

Awesome store 11/9/2005

If you are into motorcycles, snow mobiles or atvs this is a great store to check out. They used to be located in a little store but they recently moved to a new and huge store across the street. The old store had a good selection but they were all crammed into a small space. Now there is even more room and even more stuff. There is significantly more parking at the new location and a much larger service department. more
