I've been working with Fredricks Communications for more than five years. Martin is a professional extension of our internal team. When he interviews customers, non-customers, and employees for various newsletters and other publications, he represents our brand. He does his homework, uses creativity, and meets or beats deadlines. He makes my life easier. Why four stars instead of five? In no way do those four stars indicate that I am less than satisfied with Fredricks Communications services. Rather, to me, five stars means perfection. And are any of us ever really at that point? Not to mention that Martin holds high standards for himself and always will be honing his skills and bringing his services to a new level.
