Frank charged my wife $500 for replacing our sump pump and cover. $500! Ridiculous! He also overcharged me to put in a water heater a few years ago. I'm done with Frank and if you are smart, stay away or you will overpay! Pros: Fast! Cons: Way overpriced! more
