My car was thoroughly serviced and I was treated respectfully.

Worst

After spending almosr 2,000 dollars on both my vehicles I was told that on my 10% discount would only be a 50.00 which that is not what the coupon states

They Broke IT !!!! 4/29/2009

I recieved a coupon for an oil change and decieded to use it. The place was nice and clean, all was going great until the owner asked if I had any ""problems starting my car""? I have had NONE... I drive a stick and you have to have the car in reverse to take the key out, well it did not happen when the employee drove my car for the oil change. He apparently yanked the key out of the ignition w/o the car in reverse, and now the key hold is stuck in the ACC postion and wont turn on or off!!! Cons: SCAM more

i have been coming to franks for 5 years now they have fair prices for quality repairs. They actually care about customers and there cars unlike other shops that just want your money. In my opinion they are thes best automotive shop in the surrounding areas more

They misdiagnosed my car. They told me it was a blown head when all it needed was a new water pump belt.\r \r \r That business is crooked and I will steer clear of them in the future! more
