My car was thoroughly serviced and I was treated respectfully.

Worst

After spending almosr 2,000 dollars on both my vehicles I was told that on my 10% discount would only be a 50.00 which that is not what the coupon states

Poor job: employees 3/17/2016

I went in to get a simple A-1 service done, the cover over my oil pan was not reattached properly. The same guy who didn't do it right the first time fixed it. The mechanic was so old he could barely get out of my car. He's a liability issue and a future law suit more

Expensive fix, but efficient 1/13/2016

The worker's at Frank's Automotive were nice and got me squared away with new brakes. However, I never heard back about the other 5 or 6 problems I asked about pertaining to the car. I also wasn't told about the discount I would have received for being a Texas State student, so not 5 star service. But this is definitely a place worth mentioning to other students and I will go back soon. more

As always, Frank saw to it that my updated automobile was serviced according to the book and on time. I have seen Frank' Automotive grow from a couple of mechanics to a full fledged service garage with a host of professionals who does the job assigned to them and are very accurate in what they do. Yes I will continue to go to Frank's for my work. more

Fast and friendly! 11/3/2015

I won an oil change from Frank's Automotive at a fundraising silent auction for the Martindale Volunteer Fire Department. So, already I like these guys for donating the gift certificate in the first place. I went and received very prompt friendly service. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. And I will be back! more

As always, Franks Automotive always provides great customer service. The staff is very knowlegable and friendly and are always willing to help. The Owner, Frank personally waited on me and had me in and out very quickly after analyzing the problem and giving me an estimate as to what it would cost to fix my vehicle. Super friendly customer service. more

World Class Service--fixed my daughter's car 8/11/2014

My daughter was driving back to Austin from San Antonio. Her car broke down Friday after business hours. By Sat at 1pm, Frank's Auto had her back on the road and the car is running like a top. Thank you Frank's Auto. Incredible service and a true value for your dollar. more
