Fast and reliable service 1/1/2014

I was relieved to find out that after having the battery charged, for awhile, it was ok. I was also very relieved when later finding out that, when Frank drove the car to the garage, that.one of the brake lines had rotted away, as this car is not used a lot, and he had no brakes, but being a highly trained mechanic and a very knowledgeable driver had the car under control. I appreciate all he does for the three cars in my family and would not think of having my automobile repairs done anywhere else. I think anyone reading this should consider calling him for their repair needs at (508) 647-9944. His shop is located in down town Natick and is very close to the Natick Commuter Train Station. All of the guys are there to help. Frank has a great business and a lot of knowledgeable, very pleasant and friendly workers! I wouldn't go anywhere else to have work done on my van, my husband's station wagon or my son's sedan! GREAT JOB and VERY QUICK SERVICE ! more

Best Mechanic in Natick 5/10/2013

Frank's Auto always finds the problem and fixes it without running up the bill. If a repair isn't needed, they tell you that instead of charging you more for an unnecessary repair. I trust them explicitly with my cars! more

Franks Auto is Honest and Fair 4/15/2013

Before going to Franks Auto we had so many bad experiences with repair shops. Many of them told us we needed repairs that we didnt need and didnt fix things correctly the first time. Frank, Kevin and the rest of the team fix only what needs to be fixed at a fair price. They are very honest. My son has a 14 year old car that they keep a close eye and make the necessary repairs but dont suggest huge repairs unless they are needed because they realize the car is old and is only used for short in town commutes. They also service our 10 year old toyota ( our other son's car) as well as my husband's hylander and my nissan. I highly recommend Franks Auto!! more

Repair with high quality and inexpensive 4/3/2013

I would have spent 4 to 5 times more on a hand break repair in any other car repair shops, where they would replace the whole parts, .... However, Frank's Auto had done it without replacing everything, just replaced a sprint. more
