Very good! 10/28/2014

Franks Air Conditioning put in a whole new air conditioning system inside and out. The duct work was already done but they did put paper around the duct seams that was leaking air out. They were very efficient, fairly quick, and very personable. They were also easy to talk to and answered all our questions. more

Virtually painless 10/2/2014

I like the guys that they send out here -- they're always very knowledgeable and very nice and very professional. We had to place one of the air conditioners, which is never an easy thing to do, but they walked us through it and explained what they needed to do. The whole process was virtually painless. It was a positive experience. more

I was highly impressed with FRANKS AIR CONDITIONING's work. I really appreciated how they did a great job with the installation and cleaned up after themselves. They vaccummed and swept the spot they had worked in. Services have never done that before in my house and I was very happy with them. more

Frank's Air Conditioning is very quick to respond to calls. They are usually can come out the same day as you call. If they know what the problem is they usually have parts on them so you don't have to wait for parts to be ordered. more

Franks Air Conditioning Inc took out my old air conditioning unit and installed a new one. They took care of all the paperwork related to the inspections. They made sure everything was working fine. Courteous staff! more

Nice and courteous 8/6/2014

Frank's Air Conditioning performed some duct work, installed a better unit in my home, and they will be doing some further work for me. We arranged to do an air quality survey and they've given me advice as well. I like that when I call them, I get a human to speak to promptly and they answer my questions. When I visit, they're always nice and courteous. Everyone is knowledgeable about what they do, even the young guys who come out. more

Fantastic experience with timely results 8/1/2014

Overall I have had a wonderful experience working with Frank's Air Conditioning Inc. and I have recommended them highly to many people I know, both family members and friends. Dean has been amazing to work with and we are thrilled with the level of accommodation that he has provided us with throughout the course of this service. I have some health conditions and being that it is vital to my well being to have clean air flowing through the confines of my house, it was overly important that the job be done in a correct manner to avoid any further complications involving my breathing. Dean has gone above and beyond to relieve the issue of a previously faulty system that was installed by the former company we used, and for that I have to give him an A+ for service and effort. I can't say enough about how kind, caring and thoughtful he and his company have been throughout the entirety of the process and going forward I will absolutely continue to use them as needed be. more
