I was very disappointed with this office. People were nice enough on the first visit, but it went down hill after that. I felt like I was just another buck to be made to them. Every visit draining me of money and extra charges. It never stopped. Numerous billing errors also became an inconvenience. Double billed for the same day, billing for therapies not given. more

I first came in about one year ago. I had mid back pain and pain in both shoulders. This made it difficult to work efficiently at my job. I am a waitress, and I’m required to lift, carry, bend and stoop constantly on a daily basis. You could imagine what I felt like at the end of the day. When I got home, I was through. My mid back and shoulders felt like I was being stabbed by a hot knife. I rated my pain as 8 out of 10, with 0=no pain and 10=extreme pain. It not only affected my performance at work, but also at home. Since I have been treated here at Franklin Chiropractic & Accident Clinics, Inc. my symptoms have improved significantly. \r I am still receiving treatment here. Although my pain has significantly improved, I am still committed to coming in for care to correct the problem. I dealt with my pain on a daily basis, thinking that there wasn’t much that could be done to alleviate the condition. My pain level was enough to bother me to the point where I needed to find a solution. Now, my pain level is minimal. My back, neck and shoulders feel so much better. \r I enjoy the adjustments and therapies. The assistants have been very helpful too. They have pushed me to achieve my health goals. Not only am I feeling better, but I’m on my way to correcting my spinal problems. more

What I dislike about Franklin Chiropractic is the high pressure to buy a care plan that I didn't want or need. I felt like everything they did was a planned effort to manipulate me and take my money. I was charged for a very expensive exam even though they did almost nothing. I can weight myself at home and Walgreen's can check my blood pressure thanks. Do something that I can't do myself. Too expensive and not focused on patient care. I will look for a new clinic. more

Hi, I am a past patient of this clinic, not an employee past or current. Look at the comments he writes trying to justify his broken business ethics. This unpleasant man is a poor excuse for a doctor. The girl that used to take care of my therapy was nice, but you could definitely feel the tension between her and Cheryl the front desk worker. I felt that the disrespect displayed by Dr. Franklin towards this girl was inappropriate in front of me (a patient). Maybe he didn't know I was around the corner getting treatment, but the fact remains that he was inexcusably mean to the one staff member that I liked. I found the treatments by Dr. Franklin to be mediocre at best. Some days there was a definite stench in the air. It was like sewer gas or something. I just wasn't impressed with the overall service, so I stopped coming in. It is also disturbing that a morbidly obese man is trying to charge people to tell them how to be healthy. Some days he would be red faced, breathing heavy and looking like a heart attack waiting to happen. He also limps around and can't even turn his neck. Yet he tells me that these problems are easily fixed. Try fixing your own painfully obvious health problems first. I just had to comment when I saw that Dr. Franklin was writing a review for himself, your not supposed to do that, read the Google rules for business listings. more

I'm an athlete and had never been to a chriopractor. A friend suggested that it may help my lower back pain. What a difference! Thank you for your help and I will continue maintenance care. I sleep better and feel so much better after only two adjustments, I'm a believer!\r Run, run, run.....\r more

Deceptive billing practices have to be one of the most difficult things to deal with from a doctor's office. Double billing and billing for services not provided should never happen with an honest office. If it isn't bad enough that your in pain, they stick it to you right before Christmas. Bad, bad, shame on you. more

In the past there was a very good doctor here. The current obese man is a joke. He can't adjust and he knows nothing about nutrition. I questioned if he was even a real doctor. He said that he has been out of school for several years and has never practiced at all. And that he really doesn't like treating patients. He just wants to read xrays. Pros: The good doctor is gone. Cons: The accounting office was rude when I questioned the bill. more

I have been coming here for years and have liked all of the past doctors until now. He is doing more harm than good in my opinion. I also miss some of the staff that used to be here. Franklin never keeps the good ones. It is always the nasty ones that stay forever. Not to mention the shameful billing practices. I believe them to be incompetent at best and outright deceptive at the worst. The mistakes are painfully obvious to any normal person. Even when spelled out to them, they refused to acknowledge any error on their part and they kept sending past due notices. I’ve worked in banking and insurance all my life and have never seen this kind of behavior without someone getting fired or going to jail. Pros: nothing anymore Cons: All the staff I liked are gone now more
