Everything verbal and when the final bill it was double and never given any estimated cost or final bill. violation of Michigan law

Great in an Emergency 2/1/2016

My daughter came for a weekend visit from Chicago. She mentioned that the car was making a strange noise. It sounded like a serious problem to me. We called Pam at Franklin Auto on Saturday morning. Even thought they were very busy, they said to bring it in. They called me to let me know that it wasn't a serious problem and that they would fix it as well as identified several other items that would eventually need attention. more

Poor service 10/30/2015

Did Not fix loud noise after charging $383. Told radiator was bad- not true. Told to replace a different part for another $ 400. Will never return! more

Fantastic Customer Service & Honest 10/30/2015

I went in for an oil change and actually have been back for a second I normally go different places for oil changes and now I have found a place near my home that is convenient, quick and the best customer service ever! PS love that they still pump your gas! more
