Just got the best costume I ever had, for an event at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Frankie Steinz had a makeshift booth of costumes from their store and serviced us all very well...

This shop is a unique and interesting place. The owner Frankie Stein, a costume designer, whose work has been featured in films, provides the customer with costumes that are so well made and professional that it is my absolute favorite place to go for any costume event. The shop specializes in High End rentals and custom design work, your idea can be created in a New York Minute at Frankie's. Service is wonderful and Frankie is such a character! Highest Quality Best Costumes! Frankie Steinz is Best. 7/7/2011

Our company needed costumes made for a commericial we were working on. Frankie Steinz, not only created exactly what we needed, but handled all very professionally and with top of line expertise. We will certainly use them again with any of our costuming needs. Frankie STeinz is a full service rental shop as well as designers. Wonderful, just the best. more

Additional Info for Halloween 10/29/2008

I just called to make an appointment. First, they only have Halloween costumes at their SoHo location, which is at 580 Broadway between Prince and Houston. Second, in the days before Halloween, they are just open and you don't need to make an appointment. I shan't actually be going to the store since they're out of the costume I want (my own fault for waiting until to the last minute) but I wanted to add this information for other people. more

HALLOWEEN HEAVEN, FRANKIE STEINZ COSTUMES THE BEST! 10/13/2007

I just returned from a visit to this delightful establishment. I have never dressed in a costume, but I am attending the Bette Midler Ball and I wanted to look wonderful. Got a fantastic costume for myself and my husband both of the highest quality, just like in the movies. Attention to detail was seen in each selection I tried and the help was incredibly helpful and courteous. The shop is by appointment, no feeling like you are just one of a pack here, you are given specilized treatment. Very professional, wonderful creations, great service, surely the best costumes in the city. Would definitely go back again. Who knows, I might even win first prize. more

I needed a costume for a the Marc Jacobs holiday party. It had to be high end and spectacular. I wanted to look FAB. My friend turned me on to FRANKIE STEINZ COSTUMES they have two locations\r I went to their Soho Showroom. WOW! I had my wedding gown designed by Frankie Stein, who is a costume designer and the owner of Frankie Steinz Costumes. I looked liked a million and felt it too. I also rented costumes for my whole bridal party. My wedding was on Halloween and even though this is a hectic time for most costume companies, I was treated like Gold... not rushed, and made to feel like I was the only client. Went to a costume ball in November and had to look great. My friend turned me on to FRANKIE STEINZ costumes where you could find fantastic costumes. I was outfitted in an incredible costume and treated very well. The shop is by appointment only which is great because you are given so much attention. I need costumes very often in my as a photographer for print advertising. Frankie Steinz Costumes has never let me down when I am search of the unusual and sublime. The owner works in film herself and that expertise comes through in the array of beautiful original and creative costumes in stock at this oasis of fun.
