My husband and I have both been going to Frankee, so she can keep us up with the current trends. I was relunctant to move away from my old highlighted look- but she was able to give me a color that worked with my skin tone and looked more edgy, yet sophisticated. I am glad I got rid of those run of the mill highlights from my old stylist and trusted her judgement. From now on, I don't even have to question; she has creative vision- I'LL LEAVE THAT TO HER! But not because of Frankee. It's more due to an unrelated alcohol problem. Anyway, I've had my hair cut twice by Frankee and both times, I was very satisfied with the result. What's more is that she seems to really know a lot about hair and even though I was too clueless to properly articulate what I wanted, she was able to decipher my mumblings as well as make some suggestions that all turned out to be good. Frankee has become my very personal stylist here in San Francisco for all color changes and short-hair improvements. She is able to take my suggestions, an idea I have worked in photoshop and to realise it with fun! She knows very well color and works it with patience to get the exact shades. I will say lets do a shocking red and she will respond yes,but a sophisticated red.That's what i love about her; the attitude and her thinking.We worked on two contrasting colors and the results are impressive. She will take a good care of both hair and sculp and I leave the salon with a glow! Friends of mine in NYC and LA, fashion designers and filmmakers, have been enthusiastic about my recent hair transformations. I live pretty far away (Sonoma County) and haven't seen Frankee in awhile. But I was in the City and in desperate need of a haircut. With extremely good luck, I was able to squeeze into her schedule that day and, boy, am I glad I called her! Not only did she cure one of my worst hair days ever, I have a new look I love that's been adorable for weeks! I switched over to Frankee recently and love the personable style she has. Service is unassuming and upbeat. Her black pug was there, and that was a nice bonus; it created a warm and friendly environment(also a great conversation piece for a new client). She trimmed me up so I was good as new. I was impressed by Frankee's great attitude. She is very low key and her services fit my busy, no fuss lifestyle. She didn't seem rushed although clients were calling and scheduling appointments.
