From the very first contact with Frank Donnino "mybaldphotographer.com" I could tell that he was going to be the professional I was looking for. My experience with him was unlike any other I worked with. My 17 year old son has shown an interest in doing some modeling and I was very cautious about letting him do so. I had negative experiences with my daughter trying to model a few years back. Frank put my mind at ease. He also put my very nervous son at ease for his first shoot. The setting Frank chose for the shoot was exquisite. It brought out the best in my son's look. He chose organic backdrops as well as industrial for great variety in the photos. He also has the best eye for lighting! He also was fun to work with. It seemed as if we'd known Frank for years! I would definitely recommend Frank for any type of photography work that you need. Hiring Frank was the next best thing to saying "I do". He is an artist, a professional, and a kind hearted person. He is always learning new techniques to make sure each one of his photos are top rated for all of his clients. Come the big day, I was couldn’t have been more pleased to have Frank as a part of our wedding team. My wedding day was the day we started getting hit with bands from Tropical Storm Isaac. Thankfully, Frank knew how to handle the situation. He was able to get all the bridal party and first look shots in before the high force winds came. Then, even with the storm coming in, he was able to get the photos of my new husband and I on the beach (which is what I REALLY wanted). The pictures came out gorgeous! He knew exactly what to do to turn a potentially horrible situation into beauty. At the reception, my DJ was all over the place and not sticking to the proper schedule. If it wasn’t for Frank I don’t think we would have cut the cake until 11pm. He also made sure that my other vendors were on track so I wouldn’t have to be concerned. This allowed me to completely enjoy the big day without any hint of worry. With Frank it isn’t about the money; it's about having happy and satisfied newlyweds. It’s about looking through your photo album, remembering all the blissful details, and bringing back all the loving and wonderful memories. He listened to everything we wanted, offered suggestions on things we over looked, and in the end blew us away. My wife and I decided to elope, and although we did not want the large wedding we still wanted lots of great pictures to relive our great wedding day for years to come. My wife set out looking for the right photographer and reviewed many online portfolios prepared by multiple photographers. Of all the portfolios, she thought Frank's was the best and we decided to hire him. His website is such a reflection of who Frank is, creative and different. The photos are breath-taking and truly capture the emotions and individuality of each couple. Frank was quick to contact us and was always available if we had questions or concerns. The day of the wedding Frank showed up early and went right to work reviewing the area and lining up the photos he wanted to take. Frank and his assistants were easy to work with; each of of them had a great sense of humor and were enthusiastic about finding and taking the perfect photo. Personally, I usually do not enjoy being in front of a camera, nonetheless, Frank made even me feel relaxed and this resulted in a photo session that was fun, exciting, and a complete joy. Hiring a photographer, however, is not about how much fun they are; ultimately it comes down to how good the photos are, and Frank did not disappoint! Frank Donnino has 32 years of experience which shows in the quality of his work. He is a professional and it shows. He handled all the poses for my family portrait very correctly. He knew all the tricks to get my 4 month old baby's attention and was able to capture some beautiful images in a very picturesque surrounding close to our home. It’s hard to even know where to begin when speaking of Frank and the great pleasure it was to work with him. I was that girl who had been dreaming of my perfect wedding day since I was a young girl, and I always knew I needed to find the right person to capture my special day. I am so grateful God led me to Frank. Before the wedding Frank made sure to get all the details he would need to make the day run smoothly. Frank was one of the key components that made my wedding day perfect. Six months before the wedding date I began searching for a photographer and came across Frank's website amongst many others. To tell you the truth he was not my first choice, that guy was booked for my date. But I am so glad that the first chose was not available. It was a blessing in disguise. Our family Chiropractor recommended Frank Donnino. The brides looked stunning and the pictures were full of feeling, as he made hotel ballrooms seem like palaces and the event look like an unforgettable occasion. I was sold! We met Frank and immediately he brought out his iPad to show us some of his amazing work. We talked about what kind of photos we wanted - nothing posed, stuffy or traditional. With my little knowledge of wedding photography, Frank understood what we wanted. He assured us that we would have the regulation wedding formals but also an inside look at the true events and feelings that made our day wonderful. After we came to the conclusion that Frank was ‘our man,’ we scheduled the engagement shoot. Since we live in Florida, we had to do the shoot on the beach. We took pictures for hours and it seemed like only minutes after the shoot wrapped that the photos were in my inbox. Amazing pictures that we used for our wedding favors, our save the dates and the guestbook. Having recently moved to South Florida, I relied on all the wedding websites for preliminary research (The Knot, Wedding Channel.com, etc). I spent a few weeks researching and reaching out to various vendors to get quotes and to try to build a relationship with these potential vendors. I was shocked at how some came across as incredibly impersonal. Having worked in the events industry, being able to have a good rapport and candid relationship with your vendors/clients is extremely important. I felt that about Frank as soon as we exchanged our first email, then again during our first phone call. Then my fiancé, (now my husband) drove with me to Boynton to meet Frank and everything clicked. It was great. "I can honestly say that my daughter, as gorgeous as she already is, never looked better. Mr. Donnino is definitely gifted at what he does and it shows in his work how much he enjoys it.
