Good as always. 12/14/2010

I first used Fast Eviction Service in July of 2002 when my tenant decided he didn't want to pay rent. Eviction went smooth. Here I am 8 years later with the same outcome.\r My tenant told me that by law he would be able to stay in the property for 6 months before we can get the Sheriff to remove him from my property....WRONG!, the process took about 35 days and now my property is in the process of being rented. I'm completely satisfied with Fast Evictions and would recommend the to any one that has tenant problems. more

GREAT JOB 3/23/2010

I recently had to evict my tenant from my rental in Riverside County. I was unsure of the whole process but the staff at Fast Evictions explained every step so that I understood what to expect. The customer service was great and I felt that they did an excellent job. By far the best evictions place 3/22/2010

I have been using Fast Evictions for 3 years and they have gone above and beyond on each case. I know when i put my eviction in their hands i will have my property back fast. If I need any information about my eviction all i have to do is call and ask. I am a busy manso i never have time to worry about my own evictions but i dont have to worry when i leave it in Fast Evictions hands. Very Helpful 3/22/2010

I recently had a tenant who stopped paying their rent for no reason and was unwilling to move. I called Fast Eviction Service and asked what I could do. The rep I spoke to was very helpful and informed that I could serve a 3 day notice to pay or move, and if they didn’t pay within the 3 days I could start the eviction. Sure enough they didn’t pay me and I had to start the eviction. I was able to get my house back in 32days after starting my case. And now I have Fast Eviction Service’s collection department going after my previous tenant for the money they owe me. \r \r \r Thank Fast Eviction Service \r Pros: They are Reliable more
