I have used Fox Valley Fire & Safety for years for our company’s fire safety needs. I was out on travel and arrived back from California. I called Fox Valley Fire & Safety due to some fire extinguishers that were either low or high pressure and many extinguishers that had the inspection tag covering the gauges. We had a REAC inspection at a property on January 22, 2014. As luck would have if, the maintenance supervisor was out on a family emergency and also had the keys to the extinguisher boxes. Thus, we could not move the tags ourselves. Plus we were way behind on other items and pressed for time. In addition, there was some communication issues between us and Fox, regarding what the service call was about, which I assume was on our end. A tech from Fox Valley Fire & Safety came to the property that same afternoon that the call was made. However, the tech was only allotted time to repair a couple of the extinguishers. He had other calls and did not have time to accommodate our other requests (initially). I’m sorry to say that I did not get the tech’s name. This guy was AWESOME! He actually took the time and corrected half of the problem that day, only to come back the next morning at 5:30-6:00 to correct the other half, just prior to the inspect. In all honesty, the tech deserves a bonus from Fox Valley Fire & Safety or at the very least, a huge pat on the back. It’s this type of employee that we strive to hire and retain, which I’m sure is Fox Valley Fire & Safety’s goal as well. Believe me when I say, this tech is definitely a valuable asset to Fox Valley Fire & Safety. Great personality and awesome customer service!!! I am grateful for the awesome service……as usual! I would recommend Fox Valley Fire & Safety to anyone in need of fire safety for their business.
