I called on a Thursday afternoon, spoke to a very polite person who expressed sympathy with my needs, and the repair person, Jamie, arrived the following morning. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and polite. His explanations were clear and unhurried. He made me feel as if understanding and responding to my concerns were all he was interested in at the moment. Great service!
