Excellent vet 10/25/2010

4 Paws has taken care of my two cats since I moved to the Valley 3 years ago. I have never had any problems with anyone in the office. Dr Cerelli has been great with the ""kids"". Any time I take them in before they leave the office he comes out and chats with me about what he did. His office staff have always been extremely friendly and know me by name. I am extremely pickie when it comes to vets and I can honestly say that I would recommend Dr Cerelli and 4 Paws to anyone. As a matter of fact I have and the people that have gone to him have been delighted with him also. more

Good doctor, bad office staff. 10/11/2010

I'd been taking my dogs here for four years until the office staff suddenly decided to be totally unaccommodating and downright rude. After a couple of bad experiences with them, I will never come back, which is a darn shame since Dr. Cerelli is a good veterinarian. Until he gets better people to interact with his patients, he's only hurting his business. more

BEST IN THE AREA! 5/25/2010

I am a quite surprised by a couple of the reviews i see here and wonder if we are talking about the same business. We have two German Shepards and anywhere from 20-30 cats at a time and are at 4 Paws often. We have spent thousands of dollars there and only found Dr. Cerelli after not so good experiences at several other vets in the area. We have found Dr. Cerelli and EVERYONE on his staff to be sincerely caring and very professional. Not only that but he seems to be open to new ideas in veterinary care and keeps very current with advances in his profession. We would recommend this animal clinic without any hesitation to anyone with a pet that they really care about and only want the best for. more

Think Twice 11/5/2008

I adopted a dog and Four Paws was on the list of approved clinics to get animals fixed. Dr. Cerelli did the surgery. A few days after she came home, she jumped on the sofa and her abdominal area opened up. Her intestines spilled out! I was in shock. . Needless to say, I took my dog to another vet, a real vet, and now we have a happy family. I say, try another vet. more
