The old woman who is in charge at the front office (no names) is rude and unprofessional. She should not be in the position she's in. She is late on notices (for example: public safety notices). The property is poorly run and the maintenance takes at least a day to fix a freezer that is broken and the A/C units are old and fail. The manager had the parking lot painted with parking space lines and for some reason that took about 5 days to complete and are still not complete and this was at least 4 to 5 months ago. The old woman will harass people who she knows are new to renting apartments (college students for example) about dogs, bills, and anything she can pick at. Yet, the woman can't complain at people who drive black dodge chargers and take up 2 to 3 parking spaces at a time. The washing machines here always break. The quality of the apartment is worth at most 375/month even for a 2 bedroom. I hope people will take my advice as I should have taken others. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY! I could go all day about the negatives of this property.
Pros: Close to U.A. campus
Cons: Parking, Service, Respect, Maintenace, Value, Management, Concerns of residents
