Growing up as a tomboy, I never really felt pretty. I was constantly hiding who I was and never really had an identity. This carried on to my adult life. I was existing but not living life to its fullest. The decision to have my surgery was very frightening. I have now had my surgery and I am overwhelmed for the first time in my life. I feel like I am beautiful, confident and I owe it to first the Lord and then to Dr. C. Randall Harrell. The Lord has given him a great gift. To anyone who is thinking about doing surgery I can not express it more clearly than to say simply “do it”. You will not be sorry.\r The staff at the Fountain of Youth also made it very easy. They are the most friendly and warm people that I have ever met. \r more

The absolute worst experience I've ever had! I wouldn't even bring my pet to them! The office is all about money. They charged my card without permission from the person co-signing which is fraud. I called for almost 2 weeks straight trying to get ahold of the office manager and was told she would call me back every single time and did not call me once! The one time I actually was able to get ahold of her was by I called and she answered the phone. After 2 weeks of trying to get my money back I had to call carecredit and have them dispute it and then the office still charged me 600 when I was only there once for the consultation. Another dr I went and saw said 2 other girls had complained of that happening to them from dr Harrell's office. Obviously this is a big scam with them so be careful! I also read older reviews and people wrote the same thing! By far the worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!! more

I first want to thank Dr. C. Randall Harrell and his staff at the Fountain of Youth for actually listening to my needs,wants and concerns and then for following through with delivering just that. Having had a prior very disappointing experience with a different doctor who actually had the audacity to say ?You don't want to look ridiculous! I know what you want.? I was quite nervous to try a second time.I gave in and walked into Dr. Harrell's office. His staff is incredibly welcoming and professional and Dr. Harrell is a true artist! My breasts look amazing! I made the mistake of having a procedure from a well-respected surgeon in my state. I still regret that decision. Last year at this time I went for a consultation on 3 procedures: face lift, breast augmentation n lift, tummy tuck. Every thing sounded and looked good from the photos they showed me and even gave me a discount on tummy. Soon after my breast were worked on I noticed the nipples were rather large, as time went on and swelling went down I noticed breast were sagging. I was told to wait 6 months to get the full effect and low and behold the nipples were even larger and breast were more droopier. I was than told to wait 1 year before they could fix the problem. Just called and spoke with Cassie and she was very adimate about not fixing any thing for free! Really? I just want what I was promised I'll keep you posted with appointments, doctor, and hopefully the correction of my breast procedure.\r \r Anita more

I had a very positive experience at the Fountain of Youth in Palm Harbor, Florida. The after care I received was very comforting and reassuring. The results of my surgery were better than I expected and my recovery was faster than expected. I would highly recommend Dr. C. My family didn’t agree with my decision but my experience at The Fountain of Youth in Palm Harbor, Florida was good and I am pleased with my results. I went with my daughter who was scheduled to have a surgical procedure done. Afterwards, I was given instructions on what to do to make her comfortable and to help with the healing process. Well, then there were complications. We called the office NUMEROUS times to ask what to do and was only told to ""drink plenty of fluids and take your medication"". I told them she was VERY sick and needed something right away, she couldn't hold down anything and was very weak. They refused to talk to me and only said they will call her, but in fact did not. After three days of sickness, pain, and drastic loss of weight, and no help from the staff or doctor. We opted to go to the emergency room. When we arrived at ER, they took her straight back to a room and started running tests right away. They knew immediately she was dehydrated just by looking at her and feeling her skin. She had to have two bags of fluids and was given shots for pain and nausea. The real doctors at the ER told us that if she had not come in when she did, she could have gone into shock from having too low fluids in her system!! The next scheduled appt she had with Harrell, she wanted me to come to the room with her to explain what had happened. They would not let me back and said they would come and get me. When they did, I was escorted to the room where Harrell and his coworker and my daughter was. He acted like we had done an unjust by taking her to ER and imphatically denied anything being wrong with my daughter and in fact made a comment ""I don't know what hospital you took her too (like they didn't know what they were doing), but don't listen to them, you listen to me"" and ""don't take that med. they gave you, take what I have given you"". He and the other worker wouldn't even look at me and pretty much tried to ignore my presence. I told them I thought it was terrible how they reacted so uncaring and was quite appalled when Harrell made a statement that I pretty much didn't know anything. Well, I had my daughter and I raised her for over twenty years. I KNOW when she is critically sick and that she was. No kudos to Harrell for my daughter getting better, Brooksville Regional took care of that. Yes, at initial consultation appts. all of the staff and Harrell were so eager to please and do whatever it takes to get that money, then after the surgery, their true colors came out. They were rude, arrogant, and didn't give two cents afterwards. Don't be deceived by all of the thank you notes they have in scrapbooks on the tables, I'm sure they don't put all of the complaints in there. Please do your research before using this so called DR. It cost alot more money by the time she was done with the procedure and the hospital visit.\r more

The entire process of a breastlift and augmentation was wonderful. The staff at Dr. C. Randall Harrell's Palm Harbor, Florida office was so fantastic and eased all my fears and answered all my questions. For any other procedure I may need, Dr. Harrell will be the only surgeon I see.
