I took my dog there when my regular vet would not get us in. (By the way, we will never go anywhere else while we are here, we have gone back with our other pets and always the same great service and care for our ""kids"".) They were very busy but worked us in quickly when our dog was hurt. The doctor explained everything and then a technician came in to make sure I did not have any questions and reviewed the medications that were being sent home to make sure I understood everything. I learned more in this single visit than I have at all the other vets combined. WOW. I did not feel rushed at all. An estimate was given before they started treating my dog and the estimate was exactly what the cost was. This is one of the cleanest vet clinics I have been in, all the staff were wonderful, and the doctor was great, the whole atmosphere was like we were family as soon as we walked in the door. I strongly recommend this clinic. You won't beat it anywhere, I know, we are in the military and have been forced to use different vets. They also offer a 10% military discount. You will not be disappointed at this vet clinic and your pets will be well cared for. They are very ""up to date"" on medical care and pet issues in the area like Heartworms. I can't say enough good about this clinic or Dr. Graf and his wife, it has taken the stress out of going to the vets, our dogs are even excited to go see their doctor. :) Pros: Clean, caring, family like environment with the best pet care I've ever seen Cons: not a thing, worth every penny and more more

When our dog Hilde was bitten by a rattlesnake, they got us in as soon as we showed up, without prior warning. At this time they were not our regular vets, but now they are. They gave excellent care and she has recovered fully. Great caring staff. more

I highly recommend Dr. Graf and his staff at the Fountain Creek Vet Clinic. They took the greatest care of our baby, Buddy (lab). When Buddy became so sick we had to decide to ease his way to heaven, Dr. Graf sat there with me, petting Buddy and telling me stories of his own dogs, to help me through that traumatic moment of letting go. He was patient, letting me take as much time as I needed to say goodbye - he and his staff were always caring and supporting - that's why when we recently adopted our new baby, we went back to Dr. Graf! more
