I`ve called the main office 30 minutes ago and someone competent showed up with a bunch of tools, ready to get the job done. In other words, a professional showed up. I`ll recommend this company without hesitation. more

I called at 7 a.m. .They said someone would be there by 10. I told them what the problem was, and they suggested a way to try to fix the problem myself--to save money. I said I had tried that strategy already. First round of trucks were already out, but someone would be there by 10 a.m., they said, and theyd call when they were on their way. Turns out they had taken my phone # down wrong (the secretaries werent there yet when I called), and still, at 9:55 a.m., the truck pulled up in front of my house. The technician was great, and the bill was $30 less than Id been quoted because he didnt have to bring the machine in the house. I would totally recommend these guys. I got a very human reaction--they know that your house comes to an absolute standstill when your plumbing isnt working. Good work and good prices. more

I had a backed up septic system and they took care of it quickly and with great service. They were honest about my options and what I might run into in the future. I spoke with them and they had great, straight forward advice with no fluff. more

AWESOME JOB! Thanks for the AWESOME work. The plumber came on time was very nice and completed his work in a timely manner. He even saved us some money by showing us something simple that we could do.( we are big do it ourselves people but didn`t want to mess with copper piping) He installed a delta rough in valve for our shower and even extended the shower head so that it would accommodate taller people when in the shower. He even looked at the pipes for our roman tub rough in valve and fixtures and answered my questions about moving the pipes over. He was very kind and nice I will be requesting him to do the other plumbing we need done. The work was good quality. more

These guys are excellent! They have shown up on time every time I have called. I even referred them to a neighbor who had a leak, and she called to thank me because they did a great job, and charged her a really good price. I won`t use another plumbing service. more

Had the roommates call a plumber for a leak under the sink. Came home to a company named golden west plumbing. The plumber looked a little younger then I expected but he then showed me he knew what he was talking about. We went with the minimum repair which were just shut offs. He let us know he was turning off the water to the house before shutting it off which was nice. Repair was fast and I`m satisfied with the work. Were saving up to get some more work done later on with this company. Service was great and prompt. Thanks again! more
