It's one of the few top class office spaces in Tarrant County. Banks, insurance, security and information technology companies make their home here. It's also an area keen to foster start-ups. Dallas Fort Worth hosts over 3,050 telecommunications firms and is a leading innovator in the hi-tech sector, with many links to universities in the area. It also has a high concentration of transportation manufacturers. Restaurants are plentiful in nearby Arlington and there are many amenities on the doorstep.
