They give you a lower rate to make you sign a contract, but they tell the movers to collect money with different rate before they unload your stuff regardless your contracted rate.\r
\r
When you try to contact the 'Boss' to clear the thing out, you call will never go through, no one answer your phone. You have to deal with the movers who threat you not unload if not pay first!! \r
\r
They move items 1 piece a time instead of putting them in a cart. They know how to stretch their time to the targeted time to collect maximum amount of money from you...\r
\r
I am wondering if there is a law or regulation in this business?? \r

They are thieves. They make you sign a contract saying you have to pay them BEFORE they unload your furniture at your new home. They then proceed to demand more money EVERY HOUR or they won't unload your possessions from the truck. The workers also stand around in the truck on purpose to make the move as slow as possible. I took videos of two of the workers repeatedly just hanging out at the truck, doing nothing. My moves have always taken 6-7 hours, but they took 12 hours!!!!! They are dishonest, fraudulent people. Do NOT HIRE THEM. I am positive they must have written the other reviews themselves. They arrived ONE HOUR LATE. Whenever I called the office to complain during the move, no one would take ownership for being in charge of the move and kept referring to ""the boss."" I've never been jerked around like that before.
