IMAGE is First Class!!! For my birthday I really wanted to do something very special for myself! I live in California, but was traveling to New York. When renting a car I thought it might be nice to really go first class and in style! I discovered Image Rent A Car online and was very impressed with the large selection of vehicles that could fit most any ones budget that was looking for a luxury experience!! However, what truly was the deciding factor was the service representative Jose Rosario!! Jose was so very professional, efficient, kind and courteous!! He helped me to choose the perfect car to fit my needs and budget!!!! And time does not permit me to expound on how great it felt to pull up to my friends in a luxury car in so much grace and style!!! When I arrived to the airport, Jose was there to pick me up on time and my car was set and ready to go!!! I enjoyed the service so much that I will be returning and will be renting again next week!! This past winter brake we rented three 15 passenger vans from Image Rent A Car in Florida. \r \r I would just like to thank the guys that work there for all there help and for being so nice. \r \r They even delivered the vans to the FLL and MIA Airport terminal and they picked up the three vans from Fountain Blue hotel in miami beach. \r \r We are looking forward to this coming easter vacation and building a long relationship with the folks at Image rent a car in South Florida Miami Ft Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando Florida. Let me just start out by saying Thank you Image Van Rental!! I am from Baltimore and myself and 4 buddies and our dads wanted to make a trip to Ft. Lauderdale to see our beloved Orioles during spring training. We knew we needed a van to carry all of our luggage plus various baseball equipment etc around to and from each game. Our experience with Image Van Rental was great from the beginning. The van worked well for a group our size, and was very affordable. (left us more $ for souvenirs!) The customer service was also very top of the line. They were very polite and helpful every time we spoke whether it was to inquire about pricing, confirm our reservation or at drop-off time. I plan to use Image Van Rental for our annual baseball trips every time! more

I want to congratulate Image Van Rentals on a job well done. My son?s soccer team recently played in a tournament in Ft. Lauderdale. I am one of the team mothers and was in charge of helping to make the travel arrangements. We had to have a van large enough to comfortably seat the entire team, plus coach and chaperones and Image Van Rental was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They were very professional and courteous and helped me decide on the best choice for my needs. Upon arrival, the van was promptly ready and very clean. The return process was just as easy. My girlfriends and I just came back from a weeklong trip to Ft Lauderdale. Since there were so many of us, we needed an inexpensive place to rent a reliable van. Image Rent a Car fit the bill perfectly. We had done a Internet search to compare prices, availability and features, and Image Rent a Car came out on top in all 3 of those areas. We wanted something spacious enough to hold all of our luggage, and us but also at the same time something that was ?fun?. When I described our needs to the representative, she gave us 3 choices that were all in our price range. Once we got to the airport and saw the van, we were not disappointed; as it was just as the representative had described to us-oh and very clean too!! Image rent a car has always been there for me. A few friends and I wanted to take a trip to the beach in south Florida but needed a big car since our cars wouldn?t hold much. We looked on the internet to try to find a cheap and reliable rental company when we came across image rent a car. We were surprised by the selection they had including conversion vans which came with a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a cd player, also they have just regular 15 passenger vans. We decided that going to the beach we needed something that would stand out and hold all of our things that we were taking. So we all agreed on the conversion van. This company even delivered the van to our house so we could leave our cars at the house. I don?t know of any rental companies that would do this amazing service. When we got to the beach lots of people liked our van and asked where we had got it and we were telling everyone about Image rent a car and giving high recommendations for it. more

Hey my name is Andrew I'm a road manager for bands that travel from Europe. I usually just book one shot shows but recently I had a band who came to the US for a tour in 10 states. They are an up and coming band so money wise they didn't have alot to work with. I dealt with Jose at there JFK airport location and gave him an itinerary of our tour. Jose rented us a Dodge sprinter and a 9 passenger luxury van. which was perfect we were able to pack all are band equipment in this vehicle as well as carry passengers and with there luxury vans we were able to tour and sleep comfortable. Also he made it accessible for us to return one vehicle to Orlando airport and the other to Miami Int. They were very accommodating and it didn't break our pockets very affordable. I just wanted to express my gratitude towards Image Rent a Car and their incredible staff, who we had the pleasure of renting from them last week. Originally we had reserved to rent a 15 passenger van for the day to transport our group from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale Sea Port, but due to some circumstanes that had surfaced, a few members of our group were unable make it. Thankfully, Image let us change our reservation and downgrade the size of our van to a 12 person vehicle instead without and problems whatsoever, not to mention without any fees or charges. The Dodge Sprinter that we opted for came with some excellent extras such as the built in tv/dvd, which helped make the drive down even more enjoyable, and Image even let us drop the van off in Fort Lauderdale at the Sea Port itself, instead of having to drive all the way back to Orlando. My customer service experience with The Passenger Van Rental Company in Forth Lauderdale Florida & Miami Florida Airports was a good one and I was especially impressed by the helpfulness of one specific The Passenger Van Rental Company staff member ( Ann Howland). I went to the counter and presented my e-mail confirmation printout to the rep. She looked it over, asked for my driver's license and credit card, and asked what make of car I would like. She then gave me the lot location and sent me on my way. By accident, I walked over to an area where I thought I would find the cars. I could see the red The Passenger Van Rental Company sign and assumed I was headed in the right direction. Once I got there, I realized that this was the wrong place- it was a service area for the rental cars. Before I could turn around and head back, a guy working at this service lot noticed that I looked confused/frustrated and he asked me what I was looking for.
