Dr Stein is not only a very personable doctor, but he is also extremely thorough. He did not stop until he discovered what was wrong. He is very caring and called me with each test result in a very timely manner - very impressive. After going to several doctors including another gastroenterologist, I finally was cured after going to Dr Stein. I finally feel like myself again. Dr Stein is an incredible doctor and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a gastroenterologist. His office staff are also very cordial, caring and responsive. more

6 years ago, after months of constant testing, seeing doctor to doctor, getting Ill to the extent that I was so dehydrated I couldn't walk or stay awake, I went to see Dr Stein. After a thorough assessment and a colonoscopy, he diagnosed me without a doubt. Since then, I have had my symptoms under control, I stopped losing weight, and I am back to my old self living life to its fullest. There has been two times now that they have helped me out when I needed them to, and this last time really caught me by surprise. I'm not going to go into detail for personal reasons, but the PA, administration, and stein himself do care and they've proven it to me yet again. I'm not sure why he hasn't gotten a review, but he deserves it, I would recommend him to anyone else around the Sugarland area if you are experiencing GI issues. They are fast, they are polite, and Dr Stein is the one that was finally able to piece together what I was experiencing and treat it. more
