In my entire life, I have never taken the time to submit a good or bad business review; however, I am convinced that our experience with Forever Grand Vacations in Branson MO in December 2015 is necessary to share with the public not only to avoid from anyone else going through this horrible experience but also to avoid from anyone giving their hard working money to a fraudulent company. I apologize for the delay in this message but I honestly contemplated on sending it; however, the more I thought about it, I feel this could be helpful to many honest people like myself and who work extremely hard for our children and livelihood.
For the record, I am not an ex-employee and was just a first time tourist in Branson; however, my experience with Forever Grand Vacations, has given an entirely atrocious perspective of Branson and will never go back there again. Unfortunately, Forever Grand Vacations ruined our vacation and the word, Branson, literally upsets my stomach because it is a reminder of our sad experience.
In short, we attended a sale meeting in December 2015 which was headed by the Director of Sales, Dave and later greeted by an individual salesman, Gabe. We currently have time share and was considering selling it. Gabe informed us that they could sell our timeshare and we would get a refund that would basically pay for the new time share with Travel-To-Go. Gabe even threw out numbers on paper and guaranteed we would receive a refund and even instructed us to discontinue payments to our current timeshare and would not have to pay the taxes and maintenance that were due, which was the main sales pitch that convinced us to agree to their scam. There were more misleading details that would take too long to explain; however, in short, I learned the information was invalid after speaking to a 3rd party entity who handled the termination of our timeshare.
I urge everyone to stay away from Forever Grand Vacations and just pay the regular price on shows.
