Forest Trails Condo Associates

The previous reviews are not current and are isolated incidents. There isn't one person who manages each unit. There are people who own and live in their units and people who rent out the unit(s) they own. Unfortunately there is one particular person who owns many of the units who (according to some of their former tenants) does not manage and maintain their particular units very well. This does not mean that the other unit owners you may rent from are not good, reliable owners. As far as complaints for receiving fines, there is a condo association handbook with rules to follow such as, Picking up after your dog or noise violations. If these were not in place, people would take advantage of things and it would cause unhappy neighbors. Makes sense that one would get fined for not picking up after their dog or for getting warned a few times for excessive noise. Overall, this is a pleasant place to live and it is a quiet, well-maintained property. Unfortunately some former unhappy tenants have put out these bad reviews about the complex (and their particular landlord) which in turn gives the place a bad name. more

People that run the place just don't care except for themselves, seems like section 8 has taken over,, many condos for sale, the building is old and falling apart. Water mains break on a yearly basis,, heat comes and goes and the Landlord only returns a call when she doesn't ge the rent, if something breaks good luck! also, no Deposit money is ever returned! The rule book is the size of a bible, and a Neo - Nazi woman walks the parking lots at night looking for cars dripping oil and soda cans on your balcony, and guess what,, surprize, you get fined! Pet owners too lazy to walk there pets and they piss and poop in the hallways, Security! Ha ha! Packages are stolen inside the building, locked storage rooms are broke into and cars are broke into,, so much for security cameras,, if they even work.... No smoke detectors or fire alarms in the condos, just in hall ways,, no sprinkler systems either,, Willow Springs patrols only for there benifit,, they ticket cars for expired stickers and such. To use the pool you mush have a special access key and have the time it doesn't work, then if you loose it it is a huge fee. Too Bad all the rent is never put back into the place, and I am glad I do not own, I heard the asociation fees are crazy! They spend money on flowers and not upkeep, maybe paint, but the carpets are all worn out, at least the ones oned by a lady that have 40 + of them. Even the maint man is quitting! Save your money and save face,, they only good thing about this is the location, if you can overlook the likes of being in a prision camp! more
