I am so happy that I came to this office to get my Invisalign treatment. I found out at the office that they are top 1% provider of Invisalign. I could tell they do all kinds of cases, because they answered all list my questions! I was a bit nervous as I am a adult and didn't know what kind of atmosphere it would be since braces you think are for kids. When I walked in I didn't feel the least bit out of place! There were adults waiting to be seen along with children and it didn't look like a child's office only! The new Doctor who joined the practice is amazing, she took her time explaining how long I would need Invisalign and what the process was. She had a great sense of humor and was a breath of fresh air, because we all know how doctors can be. I have now started my adventure with Invisalign and LOVE IT, my 12 year old daughter has an exam coming up and we plan on doing Invisalign with her as well. She goes to school at the Villages Charter School and they also have an office right across from it and I can get her in before school or after school since their hours are 7-5. Sorry to go on but I am so pleased with my choice !!! more

3 years ago I received treatment from Dr. Ford and now I have to have everything redone. Dr. Ford neglected to notice or care that his assistant did not include my upper right and left second molar in the retainer they gave me and, because of that, the molars have started to turn sideways, caused me a considerable amount of pain, and thrown off the alignment of my entire jaw. I am sure Dr. Ford has successfully treated others at his facility, but I am not one of them. Getting braces is a massive investment, so make sure you choose the right person to put them on you; I didn't, and now I have TMJ and must undergo a new sets of braces. Just so you know I did and still do wear those retainers as Dr. Ford had specified. When I called them up to tell them about my second molars moving they did not even consider that this could have been their fault. They just really did not care. Thanks for nothing, Dr. Ford. more

if your child needs braces this is the place to go. The have a great systematic approach that practically ensures no wait times. They totally cater to kids, with nintendo and play stations in the waiting room and lots of ownership once you get inside. my daughter loved the fact that she could choose her school colors for bands and chains when it cam time for that. Green and gold looked interesting in her mouth, and she loved it! And we love Dr. Ford more
