My experience with foodtec has been positive. Not without frustrations or typical issues you would experience with any new computer hardware or software. As far as their support I have been very satisfied with their response times and their ability to solve any issues that came up. We have 7 locations and have utilized all of their modules and tools to help us run the business. \r It has taken months to learn and utilize the system to our needs but I must say it has helped improve our business in many areas. I spent months researching new restaurant pos systems and this is not my first. My expectations were not real high going into this purchase but I have had bad experiences with other pos companies in the past. I must say my experience with foodtec has been better than expected. They are not flashy and over promise like many of their direct competitors and that helped make the decision for me. You can't go wrong with these guys but I must warn anyone considering any new pos system: you must realize you are entering a partnership with this purchase. The system needs time and input from the company that buys it. It is not ""plug and play"". It needs configured to your needs. Once you have it setup then it will help you run your business better. The product is very expensive, but seems to work just fine. However, their support has been awful. I have spent several months trying to contact customer service, but they are always secretive, toss the ball to someone else, and when I do finally talk with someone they say they are not qualified so they will put me through with their supervisor. The supervisor is a voice mail, which they don't answer to. Still waiting for their call. more

This is exactly what a pizza shop of any size needs. They cater directly to new or existing shops looking to improve business quality on both management and customer level. From full terminal set ups, cameras, printers to smaller needs such as label and paper reorders they can do it all with both the highest quality of products and support. Since switching over to FoodTec a little over a year ago pizza life has been so much better. THANK YOU! more

this is not enough for a company who is trying to grow. The technical support is suboptimal and company is generally not very customer friendly. Their customers do not seem to be the top priority. more
