This guy is not willing to hear what you have to say when he did a terrible job on my auto tint. He claims to use the best film but that doesn’t even matter when the installation is not even up to par. The edges of the tint were cut to short for the window. The film is recently peeling and bubbling off. I would never recommend going here due to the very poor customer service, terrible installation, and unwillingness to correct it. I have taken all my cars there, from jeeps to bmws, and he makes them all look great! He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He is very friendly and helps you decide what shade of tint would look best on your car. He does have a family and other jobs I believe, so you have to be flexible, but if you give him the time he will make your ride look great! Nothing but great service from Folsom Tint! My experience was excellent. Despite the negative feedback on citysearch, I chose them because my friend recommended them and was thrilled with the job they did with her husband's car. He answered all my questions since I wasn't sure about what I wanted or needed. He explained the heat deflection, light blocking percentages, and other differences between tints so I could make an informed decision. He did great work, completed it in the time he committed to, and for a great price. This is a quality product, was installed professionally, and it has a lifetime warranty. If everything goes ok your fine, but he is the most difficult person to work with if anything doesn't go well. Which is what happened to me. I would recommend you go somewhere else to get your windows tinted and google the other businesses too. I wish I had done that, I would have seen other postings that advised you to go somewhere else before I found out. The owner put the wrong tint on our back windows. So we mad a 2nd appointment to get that fixed. Brought it in on the 2nd appt and found out that he had ran out of the tint that he needed and razor blads. We took it in a 3rd time to get that fixed because now he had more tint and razor blades. He decided to take off all of the tint off the windows together and told us that he couldn't finish the tint job and that he wanted to cut all ties because he could'nt make us happy! He's the one who messed up to begin with. We were happy with the tint job on our windows and gave him a 3rd chance to fix his mistakes. This guy does NOT listen to what you want on your windows of your car, nor does he even care. He will put the wrong tint on your windows and screw up totally. Do not use him. He is so bad!
