This company just gave me the worst online ordering experience ever! They are completely rude to their customers and have a HORRIBLE return policy! I ordered a BaByliss flat iron from this company through Amazon and when I got I plugged it in and it didn't work. I call the company that very day and a lady answers the phone and tells me she can't help me right now because she's walking out the door leaving. So the next day I get in contact with someone only for them to tell me that I have to go though the maker of the product and not them, but the maker of the product isn't in the US!!!! I'm so frustrated right now and will NEVER do business with this company again!
