Flying Cloud Animal Hospital

We had to say our goodbyes to our 10+ year old border collie mix, Tess last night.We had been trying to prepare ourselves and the family this past week for what we knew was inevitable.She was blind and not to mobile. Tess had a seizure at 10:30 PM last night. We rushed her to the hospital. She had another seizure shortly after arriving at the hospital. I need to say the staff at the Flying Cloud Pet Hospital was the most caring, friendly, professional, accommodating, and understanding professionals. They came out to the car and helped bring Tess into a room and got a blanket to help comfort her. They took the time to explain to our 13 year old daughter what was happening and to answer her numerous questions. We want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to all of the employees at the hospital for helping to make this very trying time somewhat easier. I think the title speaks for itself. The dog's life was saved, and necessary documentation was provided ASAP, including phone calls, and documents to a Pet Product Company that reimbursed us for 1/2 the bill as the proof was that a defective dog treat lodged in the dogs system and easily could've killed the dog. \r Another vet, seen first, did not accomplish any of this, just wasted time and $. \r I cannot speak highly enough of FCAH. First rate. Funny, the other place claims to be first rate, but frankly, the end result speaks for itself. more

Flying Cloud Animal Hospital has been the only place I have trusted to care for Domino. Over the years she has had great care at this clinic. This Feb I received a electronic Birthday card from Flying Cloud for Domino reminding me she turned 15. She was blind, and arthritic, but very mobile and happy as well as healthy. Due in part to the care and advice of the great staff here at Flying cloud. Then about three weeks ago when I got home from work Domino seemed quite sad and very slow. I tucked her into the blankets next to me and we snuggled in for the night.At about 3:30 in the morning Domino died. I wrapped her in her blanket and had to wait until 7 when Flying cloud opened. When I got there the staff was wonderful. They took care of me and made the process of ordering Domino's cremation very easy. Even asked if I would like her blanket to go with her.A short time later I received a sympathy card for Domino. I was touched very deeply by this wonderful gesture.Today i worked up the ne more

This the best place ever. We usually see Dr. Krull, but have seen several of the other vets over the past few years. The vets are all thorough. They explain the procedures they are recommending and explain the reasoning behind them. I have always felt that I am a participant in the care of my dogs. They encourage my questions.I really trust these folks. more

I wanted to send you a note to thank you. We had to put our black lab, Patches, down this last Saturday. He was almost 15 years old but was having a real hard time with getting around anymore. We have gone to your clinic ever since he was 7 months old and want to sincerely thank you and your staff for the quality of care that you always provided us for him. I have been using the services of Flying Cloud Animal hospital for 4 years now. We had a very sick kitty a couple of years ago that had to be put down....I have never been treated with such caring and loving individuals at a veterinary clinic before. We had to put our kitty down, but the whole staff was amazing during this time. They even sent us a sympathy card to our house with a special hand written note from the vet. We still have 2 cats and a 2 year old miniature dachshund. I am very pleased with the cost of services as well. Everything from vaccinations or problems they are not too expensive.\r I would recommend this clinic to everyone! more

We have been taking our cats to this FCAH for 17 years, and you won't find a more supportive, caring, and knowledgable staff. FCAH has been with us through 3 cats, and 2 new ones over the years, and helped us keep them healthy enough to live long, comfortable lives.\r \r The doctor we normally see at FCAH even came to our house to put our 17 year old cat down when she had liver cancer because our cat hated getting in the car and going to the vet. He spared her some last minute trauma, as well as giving us some much needed relief over our cat's welfare before she died. That's true dedication to patients and their owners. more

I took my dog there a short while ago to remove a tumor on her shoulder. The checkin process was very smooth and the surgery went by smoothly as well. The place was easy to find and the doctor was very friendly. The waiting area was satisfactory and the procedure lasted roughly 1 hour. I will return (if need be) if my dog gets sick again or requires another surgery. more

If you are looking for a good pets hospital then this is a place to go. We took our cat there and found them really good. They also sent reminders whenever required. They really helped us a lot in every manner and also helped us to understand the care of a kitten and cat. PROS: Caring staff CONS: more
