Flower Genie

These people don't know how to make business. I've received bad customer service from Flower Genie 2 years straight for Mother's Day. Not including all the other occassions that i had to deal with the rude lady manager there. This place doesn't welcome their customers and doesn't want to make business. David the owner there is a great man, but his WIFE she refuses business depending on her mood. I've brought them so much business, my friends and their boyfriends buy flowers there all the time, but we'll never come back again. Dont get me wrong, their flowers are nice but with bad customer service, were did you think your business will go? Learn to greet people with a smile, and welcome your customers and meet their needs woman. I feel sorry for her husband. Since his wife doesnt want customers, you bet I've found myself a new flower shop with better pricing just yesterday! =) the girls in there were sweet and nice. It's also on Las Tunas, it's called Flower Mart going east on Las Tunas. They have better parking, much much safer area, and they have really cute and unique arrangements there! more

We used Flower Genie for our wedding after shopping around a LOT. These people are very knowledgable, and their prices are still good. We continue to go back every time we need flowers for Mother's Day, Birthdays, etc. We have never been disappointed! Pros: Very Talented Owners, Good Prices Cons: Busy on Holidays more

really rude and mean owner, it was my first time at this place and I wanted to see their flower selection and the owner was very impatient and condescending. The flowers were pretty nice, but for the horrible customer service and high prices, I would not recommend. Pros: flowers Cons: , prices, parking more
