GREAT DESSERTS, BAD BUSINESS 2/9/2012

The cakes and cupcakes are so delicious! The only problem I have with them is that they charge $1 extra to pay with your debit or credit card! That is insane and it is in direct violation of their VISA/MASTERCARD agreements. Why would VISA/MASTERCARD do business with them if they are discouraging their clients from using their cards! CRAZY. I understand that there are merchant service fees they have to pay, but the correct way to handle that is to offer a discount off the price of a product for paying in cash, not charging more for using the method of payment most widely used. I love their desserts, but this has to change. more

Oh My Goodness!!!! 7/13/2011

.... is it bad that I was here twice in one day??? The first time I came in to get some cupcakes for clients - which they loved and were very grateful for. ... however - when I was there the first time - I got a scone for myself - Oh my goodness - that was the best thing ever! ... needless to say - I got in trouble with my family when they found out I went there for clients and neglected to get them anything... which is why I went back twice... IN ONE DAY! ... not that I got anything for myself again or anything like that.... ;-) The owner, Sherri, is the sweetest thing and the girls that work the counter are precious! Love the family feel. Try them out - they're awesome! ... gotta love supporting locally owned businesses as well - right?! :) more

Best Cakes and Cupcakes! 7/12/2011

I love Flour Girls! I used them for my wedding cake which all my out of town guests raved about! I always had the cutest cake from there for my recent baby shower. I use her every year for my older son's birthday as well! I get cupcakes and cakes from there for all sorts of special occasions. They taste the best! Hands Down! I have never had a problem getting an order filled in time! The owner is extremely friendly and very helpful! more

Ive been using Flour Girls since they opened and also using the owner when she worked from her house. I have never had a complaint about ANYTHING I have ever received from her. She is very friendly and their cakes and cupcakes are amazing!!! \r \r As far as them being booked. You can only do so many cakes or cupcakes in a given day. The product is that good that it gets booked FAST! more

Best Cupcakes 7/9/2011

I went to the flour girl shop for the first time yesterday. I purchased 6 cupcakes. They were the best cupcakes I have ever tasted. I am so glad I have found this shop. People complain because they can't purchase cakes for the month of July because they shop is booked. Well people if the shop is booked that should tell you something. They are really that goooooood!!!! more

I have been utilizing the services from Flour Girls Bakery and found the establishment to be very friendly and helpful. I work for the hospital and at least 60 percent of the staff frequently visit Flour Girls. Keep up the good work and service! more

Kinda RUDE 5/2/2011

I've purchased many cakes before from Sherri and I must say that I am very upset at how I'm rushed out the door, or ""I call you, don't worry"". Well, I am worried b/c I haven't heard from you and I need a cake, that you promised to fulfull by a date (and now that date is here). I couldn't even buy a freaking dozen cupcakes from them b/c all I heard was, ""I'm sorry, I'm too busy"", ""can you come back tomorrow""..........Very good cakes, but please pay for a cashier that's NOT busy !!!! more

Best cakes ever. 4/15/2011

I agree with xokatiexIo1488. they have the best cakes and cupcakes and if you give them another chance I think you will be pleased. I have been in there several times and they have never been rude. I ordered my sons second birthday cake from them and it turned out great. I go in there atleast once a week to try the different cupcakes that she has. German chocolate, strawberry, chocoloate, red velvet, Have to say that the traditional vanilla with buttercream is my favorite. Love the filling that they put inside. Must try this place. Sherri is so nice more

Best Cupcakes Ever! 4/13/2011

Everytime I have every been to Flour Girls they have been great. They have cakes ready for me within a week. I come in there all the time to get cupcakes for school and family. The owner had 2 dozen ready for me at 7 am for school. The whole school LOVED them. I bet if you went back and gave them another chance you would be impressed. The owner and the employees are very nice. more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! 3/29/2011

I have gone to Flour Girls Bakery on more than one occassion. Each time they were rude and turned my business away saying that they were ""too booked"". The cashier was rude as well as the owner. I have no idea how this place stays in business. I would suggest you take your business to somewhere who appreciates it. (I should also mention, that before I went into the business, I called twice, and no one returned my calls. When I mentioned this to the owner, she seemed to not care at all. She didn't apologize or even comment). VERY RUDE! more

Rude rude rude 3/29/2011

I can not believe how rude these people are, not just the employees but the OWNER! I have no idea what their baked goods taste like b/c they are to busy being rude and telling you that they are booked two weeks in advance to give me the chance. Unless you got a gift certificate and have no other choice..take your business somewhere it is valued. more
