You lazy people should clean your messes before you run away. We pay good money for this and you won't do your job right. I had cut my Palm Trees and put out for the guys to pick up and all they did was shake every seed on the ground and into the street and driveway which took me, a senior citizen, about an hour to pick up. Plus, you beat the HELLout of our garbage cans that WE buy. You should deliver Trash Bins for us to put our trash in. Then we can make OUR mess for YOU to clean up. Seems like I'm not the only one complaining...Something needs to be done. I live in a Senior Community and if we wern't in a bundle package, I would quit you all. You're just useless. more

"""" I had an account with republic services (doing business as FLORIDA REFUSE) after they bought out Trash Taxi. At the end of my contract I canceled (or at least tried to cancel) my account. They not only didnot pick up thier container they continued to service the account and bill for service. After repeated calls they said I had to cancel in writing and they would email the form to me. They didn't. The service was sold to another company (may be why they didn't want to cancel) that canceled the account OVER the phone. NOT recomended!!!! RUN don't walk away if you need SERVICE Should make them remove SERVICE from thier name! Rated 1 star because no negitive value was available! more

Not very responsible 11/15/2010

The arm from the auto pick up trucks dug a big long rut and pulled up my sprinkler head. I have called many many times and get the response that a supervisor will be calling me but the call never comes. It's actually a very simple fix and shouldn't cost them too much, so why the avoidence? I am disabled and not able to do this myself, they made the mess, they need to take responsibility. more

Poor Service in North Lakeland 7/20/2009

Seems as if they need to hire someone who is willing to do the job...Today is the second time in a month that the collectors have only picked up certain recyclables...The collector picked up on one side of the street and not the other...A few weeks ago it was the yard trimmings that did not get picked up...the truck came through the neighborhood and sporatically picked up here and there...Both times I have been told that a supervisor would contact me and they never called back...On the Recycle day the collector is ALWAYS talking on his cell phone and is obviously pre occupied with whom ever he is talking to to do his job correctly. I am sure there are people out there that are willing to work for this company. Seems they could screen their employees or have a way to do quality control on the job that they are doing...I guess I will just stop recycling and just put everything out on the regular pick up to be put into the landfill...Then maybe You can cut back and hire people to do the job right! Put out 3 containers of weeds. Collectors threw the containers and all in the trash truck. Makes no sense. Those containers cost money. more

Whether it is piles of yard waste I've left by the road, a can or bag of garbage or recycling bins, everything is handled expeditiously and they don't leave a mess.
