Dr. Langford, Ellissa Farmer and the enitre staff are so quick and friendly. My son is 7 and they were very good with him and I really trust his and his staff. We have nothing but good things to say about this group. We have seen the others ENT's in town and were not happy AT ALL! more

Long wait-no explanation 7/5/2010

My daughter and I waited over one hour and forty minutes for an evaluation buy an ENT doctor. There was no explanation from the staff nor explanation or apology from the doctor. This is clearly an unacceptable way to deal with patients. My daughter was in tears by the end of the ordeal. more

Not seen after 1 hour and 25 minute wait! 2/8/2010

I waited for 85 minutes and was then told that it would be at least an hour -hour and half to complete an apt for a routine eye exam!!!! As a working mom of a school aged child, this is beyond unacceptable! We left and will not return. Will schedule with an office that has better boundaries with time. After a wait of one hour and 25 minutes, we left without being seen. I recommend finding a different practice, or else plan for a trip to the eye doctor that rivals the DMV......with a child in tow. Unacceptable customer service. Cons: WAIT TIME! more
